This hunting lease is leased and not available. Watch out here! This lease looks, feels and mostly likely is, a sweet ass lease. Not much cover in the local river bottoms, so the deer are using the mile long old riverbed on this farm as their personal highway to enter and exit the row crop fields (see pictures). Day of inspection, I searched my truck for a camera to leave behind, but now luck. I just know there was a monster moving around on this farm...The Northern half of this farm is in Mercer County and the Southern half is in Harrison County. The easement road into this property could be a pain, but the rewards are a lot higher...

****Day of inspection the easement was dry, and I drove my truck right to the lease entrance / Beware on rainy days or wet weather the easement will be slippery / I personally would never show up to the lease without an ATV / UTV***
