This hunting lease is leased and not available. This farm is going to make someone a very nice lease for a long time. Although it's on the smaller side it is going to hunt a feel a little bigger than what it is. On the day I walked the property I found a ton of deer sign on the entire farm. The creek bank was completely littered with deer tracks and so were the edges of the row crops. Most all the timber lies on the west side of the farm, which is ideal for a November west wind. The blue line you see in the aerial photo is the easement into the property. Yes, the easement starts at the driveway and the rest of it is a grass lane that will take you all the way to the southeast corner of the farm.
