This hunting lease is leased and not available. This 25 acre farm packs a punch! Perfect setup for 2 hunters. Parking is on the north side down the lane at the pole barn. The corn in this row crop field was still standing when I inspected. Farmer expects to rotate crops annually. I walked all the edge and there is plenty of deer sign. Scrapes, rubs, track, trails...all the active sign you hope to find. Deer and Turkey hunting will be fantastic on this lease.

The east side gives you a small section of woods that borders a mini swamp. You will have plenty of trees to put up a stand or blind on the south edge as well. Overall just one solid farm here and ready for the best part of our season. Marshall county too! One of my very favorite counties in all of Northern Indiana.
