This hunting lease is leased and not available. Here is a fun piece located just east of Hill City, and just a half mile north of the Solomon River, that should be good for deer, pheasant, and quail. This property features a great looking draw on the east side, and another grassy and brushy draw along the west side.

The eastern draw is hidden from the road and is full of tall weeds ( some are over head high!), grass and scattered trees and brush creating ideal habitat for deer to hide out in. While inspecting the property we kicked up half a dozen pheasants and a big covey of quail. There were also quite a few nice buck rubs on the trees.

The western draw is more of the same habitat, with more grass. A nice sized buck was cruising through this part the morning of our visit.

The balance of the property is in crops. There is some oil production on the property, and the oil roads will make access in and out very easy.
