This hunting lease is leased and not available.
Most of the timber and cover in this area is either on this farm or leads directly to it, which explains the heavy deer sign I found while walking the property. There were countless tracks along the timber's edge where it meets the ag fields, and I even came across a shed. The deer trails were plentiful, with most running through the CRP mixed within the timber, providing excellent cover as they move throughout the property. This farm does have windmills, and I've marked one in the aerial photo, so they aren't overlooked. On farms like this, hunters often rely on ground blinds, but there are plenty of good trees for hanging a stand. I included an example in the photos. The aerial photo also offers a great perspective for stand placement. This farm may not look like much at first, but I believe it holds a ton of opportunity based on its layout and the topography of the surrounding farms.
