There is good mature timber on top with a lot of mast trees. Plenty of trails with a lot of tracks. There is good thick bottomland cover to hide those big bucks. You can hunt two different sides to play the wind and hunt different deer groups. Plenty of big timber connecting to this property will make all day hunting a blast during the rut or gun seasons. A gate on the west side in the middle makes a good place to park, or parking several places either side of the township road. There is no real ATV access to this property. The hard bottom creek was crossed easily in several places with knee boots. The property is between Chillicothe and Athens where you can find all your needs.
