This hunting lease is leased and not available. A very simple to hunt valley property with 2 creeks joining at the east end. There are places for tree stands along the creeks and fence lines, easy to access most locations. Deer will use this property as a food and water source. The creeks are chiseled deep and provide a lot more cover than it would appear. There will be bucks cruising across the property, along the fence, creek, or just headed across the crops. Watch those antlers appear out of anywhere and pull him in on a string with a grunt, easy right! This lease can also be used for duck hunting or upland game bird hunting. I am sure in spring some gobblers will also be coming through. A very nice band of CRP on the east side with deer trails showing how they travel the creek edge and cross. I think this lease will make a good gun hunt, but I am also sure a bow hunter can make it happen too.
