This hunting lease is leased and not available.
ALL GAME: Rare opportunity,209 acres with additional privileges. The landowner will continue to plant and maintain 4 food plots with clover and oats. 4 stands are available for your use, (caution: ensure the safety of stands prior to using). Landowner will allow access to his fish pond across the road. He has also invited the hunters to opening day dove hunt plus 2 additional days. He also invites the hunters to rabbit hunt and squirrel hunt with trained dogs 2 times a year. These extra opportunities are not on the lease property, you will be with the landowner on another tract. Land owner will show the tract personally if you wish. Lease has a 20 x 20 cinder block cabin for your use, does not have power. camping is allowed. 2 creeks on property, Mix of hardwood and planted pines. Great road system with food plots and lanes to hunt. All the ingredients for a successful hunt are in place: Food, water and cover, as well as a place for you to stay. When not hunting and want to fish a lake: Buster Boyd Landing on Lake Wylie is less the 25 minutes away. These opportunities dont come up often with the landowner adding additional hunts and wanting to still plant the food plots.
ATV use for hunting proposes only.
LO purchased 3 -2 man tower stands that will stay with the lease.
No cutting of trees.
This could be a long term lease, respect the property.
LAndowner also will provide a gourmet dinner for hunters, scheduled at everyone's convenience.
I, the undersigned, understand the following rules:
1. I agree to sign and return the AGREEMENT AND RELEASE - which will release Michael Broome and Equity Trust Company from any liability should I, and/or a family member becomes injured in any way.
2. We have a NO GUEST policy. Membership is limited to 4 people. Anyone that may accompany you must be related to you (child, sibling, spouse or parent).
3. I will abide SC laws regarding hunting/fishing regulations.
4. The use of ATVs is solely to retrieve game and/or any work related to establishing stands or food plots. There will be NO "joy riding."
5. No trash will be left on property at any time; I will pick up litter if I see it and dispose of it.
6. I will not trespass on any adjacent properties.
7. Owner has exclusive right to harvest all mushrooms
8. No horses are permitted on the property.
9. No trees are to be cut down except for small understory trees to make shooting lanes. No nails are to be put in trees and screw-in steps are to be removed at the end of season.
10. No alcohol is to be consumed while hunting.
11. Fires built at campsite must be completely extinguished before leaving property.
Duck Hunting and other:
• Owner will plan 4 duck hunts (in coordination with Lessee) - one in late December and 3 in January/February. No duck hunting other than during these planned dates.
• Owner will plant rice in flood area and sorghum at flood plain edge; several platforms will be built. Owner may have 4 guests who build platforms and plant certain areas.
• Squirrel and rabbit hunts with dogs will be planned by owner after deer season.
I understand that failure to follow these rules will forfeit my membership and any dues I have paid. NOTE: THIS PROPERTY HAS NOT BEEN INSPECTED. Make sure you inspect the property before placing a non-refundable deposit.
