This hunting lease is leased and not available. Check out this sweet Jackson County primary/backup hunting property! For only 29-acres this property hunts big!! Check out all the rubs I found, and the nice buck taken from the property. This property is one minute off I35, but you feel like you are back in the big timber. When I pulled back the long driveway, I saw rubs right next to the lane, and on the crabapple trees in the Landowner's yard. The center of the property is beautiful rolling semi-open timber. To the north is a nice hard bottom creek travel corridor which should be a slam dunk during the rut. The west side has thick saplings and some big pines that the deer used hard. The open ground was mostly tall grass. In front of the property is an overgrown field on the neighbors that looked like it could be rut central. The property is surrounded by big timber and some logged areas on the neighbors. To the east were some crop fields not too far away. You could tell this property was central to all the deer travel in the area. Rut, gun, or late season, someone should tag wall hanger here every year. Great landowners live on site and will keep an eye on things for you. Also, they will allow you a small camper with electric and water hook-up for a small fee if you like. Otherwise, everything you need is not far away in the town of Jackson. Respectful ATV use OK to set stands or retrieve a deer. Landowner needs to be notified before coming to property. Bonus�..
