This hunting lease is leased and not available. 140 all legal game hunting lease in Iowa County. One of my favorite landowners in Wisconsin and one of my favorite counties make this lease one that will be highly desirable to any hunter. Property has just been purchased and cattle will be allowed on the pastured ground till sometime in Oct. New landowners plans are to convert the pastured acres into agriculture next year, thus this property should only improve in years to come.

Very little of the timber ground is pastured but there are a few acres along the creek that are. Most of the woods are fenced off from the cattle and have been for many years. There is a great trail system through the property that has been kept mowed with a brush hog mower. As you can see in the pictures, these trails also will offer numerous potential spots for food plots at various locations throughout the timbered ground. Mature trees and plenty of browse and cover should help make this a place that deer and turkey call their home.

On the very eastern side of the property, there is approximately 11 acres of CRP and river bottoms. It does not show up very well on the aerial, but I suggest you consider this for potential stand locations as well as the timbered ground.

This is a deer and turkey hunting lease. Camping is an option with permission from the landowner but for 2023, cattle in the pasture may limit options for this. There is a very nice campground about 5 minutes from the property that you may want to consider instead. Use of ATV for hunting related purposes is also ok. Food plots are also okay with permission from the landowner.
