This property has several inside corners and points that can make great ambush spots for stands. The southern portion of the property is crop ground with the northern edge woods and cover. The property buts up to some large tracts of timber to the north which is where the deer will come from to get to the crop ground. This could be a great parent/child type lease. The driveway near the western edge of the property is also an easement road for property owners to the north. I have an aerial showing the approximate location of this in the photos. Respectful use of ATV's is allowed for hunting-related purposes only when weather and ground conditions permit. Be respectful of all boundaries.
