This hunting lease is leased and not available. This is a landlocked section located less than a half hour west of Topeka. The only road frontage is into the driveway into the property in the northwest side. It is typical Flint Hills terrain featuring big grassy hills and deep wooded draws and creeks. Some of the bottom ground has been planted to fescue or brome, and this is what you notice on the aerial pics.

Cattle will be somewhere on the property year-round and will have access to the woods and creek once the weather cools off.

The old farmhouse can be rented for an additional fee. It has one bedroom and a couple of couches, heat and tv, but unfortunately no running water. An outhouse is located just out the back door.
