This hunting lease is leased and not available. This will make a fun little lease for anyone looking for some deer action. The majority of the property consists of row crops, primarily corn or beans. A nice corner of woods has a good amount of deer travel sign, making it a great spot to place some cameras, as well as a few tree stands or ground blinds along the edges. There is a buffer of CRP grass between the row crops and the woods on the southern edge of the wooded corner, providing just enough space to take a shot before deer step into the corn. Additionally, there are several trails coming out of the neighboring woods, making hunting easy with low impact if you stick to the edges. During my inspection, a local stopped by, and I jokingly remarked, 'Good place to harvest some does and little bucks.' The local quickly responded, 'You would be surprised by what comes out of that corner � some big ones."

There is a permanent blind within the woods, I did not enter it or inspect the condition, use it at your own risk. Also, a couple abandoned tree stands found, I would deem them unsafe for use.
