This hunting lease is leased and not available. Located less than half a mile from the Oklahoma border, this small horse property will be an easy in and out lease that should be a producer. The owner hates deer, says there are tons in the area, wants as many taken as possible!!!

There is really good cover and habitat along the rough, brushy creek that runs through the middle of the property. The south side is fenced off hay ground. The rest is horse pasture, but they seldom get into the thick brush.

The owner should be great to work with. Please communicate with him before you hunt so he can make sure the horses or dogs do not bother you. He is planning on some light tree work at some point in the future to open up the canopy a bit and provide more grass for the horses.

Feeders are OK, and building pens around them is fine.
