This property has been timbered in 2023 over about 25 acres or so. The remaining is still in timber with ridge tops great for stand locations. A nice access road and logging roads will make it easy to set up and retrieve game. Plenty of locations for stands and good trees to put them in. I found tons of deer sign on this property during my inspection. I saw 5 deer feeding on the grasses around the cabin. The trails were warn to the dirt as you can see in the pictures. Several rubs and scrapes from the previous season were spread across the property. Nice little property, easy access, and secluded location. ATV use is acceptable for hunting purposes only.
