I can't say enough about this hidden gem. It is a typical PA urban oasis sheltering large pockets of wildlife. I found around 20 deer moving around during my walkthrough. Two large flocks of turkeys were moving between this, and the neighboring property and the gobblers were on the prowl. (I almost struck one driving up the parking area). There is plenty of opportunities with this property. Deer trails are everywhere and there is lots of brush providing plenty of cover. Trout Run creates a marsh to the Northeast of the property. Old concrete structures are on portions of the property that are grown over. The neighboring land is used for hunting as well. There is lots of easy access from the road frontage. Additionally, there was plenty of fox, raccoon and other small game found. Also, if you are into foraging, this was LOADED with mushrooms and other plants.

No camping is permitted.
