This property will hunt big! There is a lot of diversity, plenty of cover, good access, food, water and a cool landowner!
Located west of Fredonia, this should be a really good lease. It is a mixture of crops, hay ground and pasture. The east part of the north tract will not have cattle on it. The west part is pasture, as well as the south tract, and they will be lightly grazed part of the year.
There is a ton of brush on the property that does not show up on the aerial. The plentiful oaks, persimmons and crops will provide good food.
The landowner lives on site to help keep an eye on things.
