Here is nice quarter section of Big Buck potential in the beautiful and diverse Kansas Flint Hills in eastern Wabaunsee County.
There are a lot of cross fences and/ or hot wires to divide the property up and to control the grazing. Part of the property is used for cattle grazing until mid-fall, the rest will have some sheep and a few head of cattle that can be moved around as needed. The landowner lives on site and good communication will be important. He is super nice and seems eager to help you succeed!
There is plenty of cover on this property, with lots of tall grass, brush, and sumac in the open areas.
