Peaceful valley is what I would call this farm…Very isolated and under lock and key sits this fantastic 52-acre hunting lease with a solid looking rustic primitive one room cabin for use during the rifle season. Landowner is confident 140+ deer can be harvested here every year, and after looking at the aerial and inspecting this farm, I agree with him. This farms location and the wooded area is the key to the high success you will have during the deer season. With all the connecting woods this farm has, you should have a steady stream of mature deer daily. Great place for someone that might have mobility problems. Landowner said he has shot deer from the back porch several times, during gun season.
The cabin is very rustic, but clean and strong / THE ONLY AMENITIES YOU WILL HAVE IS A WOOD STOVE/FIREPLACE AND MOUNTED PROPANE HEATER ON THE WALL / you will need to bring bedding and probably a couple more cots / NO ELECTRIC OR RUNNING WATER / OUTHOUSE IN PLACE
