The south end of this pasture looks like a great spot for the deer to call home. With crops to the west, south and east, the brushy drainage is close and convenient for them. There are several good blind or stand locations on the east and west sides to set on to catch them coming and going.
Cattle will be on the property part of the year.
The only gate into the property is in the NW corner. However, the pasture renter mentioned the possibility of putting in a gate on the south side at some point. There is a bit of hill along the road ditch that you could possibly park behind to be hidden from the main cover.
Don't forget about the waterfowl potential on the ponds!
