This hunting lease is leased and not available. For only 30 acres this property shows good potential. Good sign for such a small property. Feels larger with the size of the hills. Stacked benches one after another showed good sign. From bedding spots to scrapes to rubs. Also kicked some turkeys off of the property while walking. Property is steep between benches. Nice creek at the bottom of the property beside the road. Found one really nice buck dead on the property from natural causes. Roughly 30 minutes south of Interstate 70. Saint Clairsville is a nearby town with all the amenities you could need. Respectable ATV use for hunting purposes only.
