This is another one of those properties that looks better in person than it does on the map.
The meandering West Branch of Wild Horse Creek carves out the habitat and terrain for this lease. With several woodlots, hidden nooks, rolling terrain, cedar thickets, fresh water and plenty of trees to hang a stand in, this should be a fun property to hunt.
Approximately twenty deer, in three different groups, were spotted during my visitation of the property.
Cattle will graze on the property part of the year.
Access can be from all four sides of the property.
Lodging and supplies can be found in Hill City ten miles away.
