Please note that the lease does not begin until November 1st, as the landowner will be using the property for camping until the last week of October. Once he removes his camper, you will have the option to bring your own and stay right on site for convenient early morning hunts. You will be able to continue to hunt all deer seasons, archery starting 1 Nov, both firearms seasons, and muzzleloader season. The eastern side of the farm is bordered by the Shawnee National Forest. There are over ten thousand acres of the Shawnee in the area, which allows you the opportunity to expand your hunting opportunities if desired. There is a nice layer of underbrush in parts of the timber where the deer should feel comfortable traveling through, and a seasonal creek that holds pockets of water, which could play in your favor during the pre-rut and rut. Overall this is a very nice farm that offers plenty of opportunities.
