These 263 acres is a turnkey opportunity for 5 hunters, all you need is corn and feeder batteries. With lots of terrain and pinch points I can see hunters have some great opportunities. This property has 6 nice muddy box blinds and 6 boss buck feeders for the hunters to use (use at your own risk). They can be moved if wanted and food plots are okay too, just verify with landowner beforehand about locations. There is a house on the property as well that can be used, nightly and weekly rates can be discussed with landowner separate from the lease.
