Offering separate sections of timber to hunt, you can spread out just enough with your stand rotations. Access is best from the east side. I found a good pull in spot right at the northeast corner of the farm. A timber harvest was done in 2021 providing some nice regeneration growth in areas. In the spring of 2025 some brush cleanup and the survey markings are wrapping up. This you will see during a inspection visit. The fields will be planted soon so now is a good time to get in your equipment for Fall.

Plenty of deer sign noted and even bumped a group. Talked with the neighbor some, before I left, and he said the area is great hunting.
