115 acres in Wood County. Located on the Wood County-Portage County line this lease is in two parcels. This is an all species hunting lease. This property has a variety of habitat on it including a small woodlot, grassy areas, ponds, grassy waterways, and crop ground. The crop ground is a mix of row crops and hay. Plenty of deer sign was present during my inspection. This included rubs, tracks, trails, beds, and scrapes. Lots of deer sign was observed along the tracks, both crossing them and paralleling them. Plenty of mature trees along the tracks for stands. There are several islands of trees scattered among the crop fields that would make great stand locations. As shown in the aerials access between these two parcels can be made along the area indicated with a blue line. The landowner owns that piece of ground that is located between the two parcels and is using it personally for waterfowl hunting. The landowner will be trapping on the property. The landowner would like contact initially. The landowner would like a text when you are going to be hunting. Respect all boundaries. Respectful use of Atv's is allowed for hunting related purposes only when weather and ground conditions permit. Don't damage any crops. Food plots are a possibility with permission from the landowner as to where. No use of nails, screws, or screw in tree steps.
