This hunting lease is in WMU (9J) and close to Bemus Point. The property slopes uphill from the road to the hilltop about 2/3 rds. deep. This hunting lease was selectively logged in 2024. The west side has some beautiful hemlock knolls with a few big scattered big rubs. I saw some deer tracks on the logging trails. The logging trails are not rutted up but need to be cleaned up from tops and trees that have fallen across. Landowner will allow trails to be cleared and maintained. I did find 2 tree stands in the NW corner (Hemlock area), use at own risk. You can post the property. TV use and camping are allowed.
