This hunting lease is leased and not available. If you have been looking for a prime-time Western Kentucky farm, then check this one out. Property lays at the end of a dead-end road and has easy access to most parts of the farm. The day of inspection I saw deer and turkey out in the fields and jumped multiple deer in the timber. There's 1000's of acres of big timber to the north and east of this farm, which should make for nonstop action at the first available big food sources that this farm offers.

There are multiple hidden fields and wood lots that will hold deer throughout the season. The main wood lot goes uphill from the fields, but I walked to the top no problem. There were multiple deer bedded up on the back side of this ridge. Evening hunting here should be as good as it gets. They will be coming down off the hills to feed in the big row crop fields you have. I feel like a group should be able to pull some nice velvet deer off of this farm early and then catch some other bucks cruising during the rut. There are multiple year-round food sources spread throughout the farm.
