Exceptional, that is the first word that comes to mind when thinking of this 136 acre Lamar County, Alabama hunting lease. No kidding, this is one of my favorites to have had the pleasure to walk in some time.
Comprised of larger pine and hardwood regeneration, this one has the habitat. Nice elevation changes are all throughout this property and ATV/UTV trails traverse all throughout. One nice food plot is already in place. TONS of deer tracks, turkey tracks, and old rubs were noted during my walk. The game is certainly here. There is also a nice open clearing just off of Oak Road that could serve well as a camping location.
This one truly is something to be seen and is sure to produce. Just act quick, ones like this in Alabama are rare! The landowner is great to work with and looking for long term hunters, here is your chance to get that long term hunting lease in a game rich area of Alabama.
