This hunting lease is leased and not available. I am very thankful I didn't pass this property up. It might be small, but it could be a honey hole! The property has an old grown-up pasture with an apple orchard and beautiful clover growing in it, which would make a beautiful existing food plot if mowed, and then another little apple grove across the creek. Tons of big mast producing oak trees, beech trees, and big pine trees. Heavy trails all through the property, big buck sign and fresh turkey scratching. The property is surrounded by big woods and a super thick, swampy beaver dam, with deer trails that looked like ditches coming from it. Easy access from the east and a nice parking area on the southeast end. This area has an abundance of wildlife and is less than 10 minutes from some of the best fishing and camping Pennsylvania has to offer at Conneaut Lake and a half hour from Lake Erie!! This property will be easy to hunt and will hunt big and could be a real producer!
