This hunting lease is leased and not available. It's always a good sign when the neighboring landowner tells you that there are way too many deer in that area!! Here we have a large suburban yet secluded property right outside of Penn Lake Park, that borders a nature preserve! Huge white oaks, red oaks and beech trees all though the property, combined with heavy brow from saplings, give deer and turkey the food supply and the heavy undergrowth, thick mountain laurel and pine creek bottoms give all of the wildlife everything needed to live on the property. Deer sign was abundant. Lots of heavy trails, scrapes and rubs. There is a beautiful beaver dam, that could provide some excellent fishing and an old railroad bed that would provide good access around the property. Penn Lake Park has great fishing, boating, hiking and camping available
