This hunting lease is leased and not available. This 758-acre tract is situated along the Cow Bog Branch in Columbus County, North Carolina. The majority of the land is swampy, interspersed with some elevated areas that were logged several years ago. There is one access road that leads into the property from the paved road; however, it is currently overgrown and will necessitate some maintenance to ensure good access. Additionally, access can be achieved by boat along the Branch if preferred. During my inspection, I observed several well-defined deer trails and fresh tracks. This property will support deer, as well as potentially waterfowl and hogs, considering its location. Camping and ATV use is acceptable for hunting purposes only.
