Here it is, guys! The property you have been waiting for. 336 acres of prime deer and turkey hunting in Harrison County, Indiana! The landowner is going to be great to work with, too! He seems like a pretty laid back guy who is open to a lot of possibilities on this lease. Food plots, camping, you name it - just make sure you work out the details with him first! This property has a very diverse make-up, with gently rolling hills, some turning fairly steep, lots of pasture ground, and a good amount of timber as well. The timber features a good amount of oak trees, so that will keep the deer close! The landowner does have cattle but they will be rotated to different parts of the farm throughout the year. This makes it very nice to have so much acreage, as you can move around quite a bit. On the day of inspection, I got tired of taking pictures of deer running off or standing in the woods and I also got tired of taking pictures of all the sign. Tracks, droppings, you name it - it is all over this property! FYI - check out the creek bottom to the west, it looked like a killer spot and landowner said they are always bedded there! There are some good roads and trails throughout the property, and this should make it nice for moving around, setting stands, and etc. This property is one you will want to hold on to for awhile!
