This hunting lease is leased and not available. I really like this tract, easy hunting. Don't hesitate on this one. Old farmland with pine thickets, oak flats, creek bottom with Oaks and funnels between the pastures. Very nice open land along the creek bottom (Rush Creek), stand placement has numerous options. Pictures do not show its full value and potential. Numerous deer trails and signs. Turkeys are here; Food plots are welcome as well as feeders. The hay fields are still farmed. Cutting will not interfere with hunting, usually the last cutting is around August. Do not drive through fields, use the edges to travel. ATV are welcome for hunting purposes only. Good road system throughout. I drove my truck to back pasture, no problems. Could use a little trimming. This lease also has 3 cabins the landowner will be willing to discuss. Cook house, bunk cabin, bathroom cabin. Also has a cleaning shed, with power and water. Family member currently lives in the cabin, expected to leave by early fall. If this becomes available, it will just put frosting on the cake.
