153 acres approximately 145 hunt-able acres. This place sets up so great you will be buying more stands with all the different set up opportunities. It has a large pipeline ROW for some long range shooting as well as a dozen or so senderos that could be put to use if you mow them. Several places in the mature timber had been thinned making lots of opportunities for brush hogging the perfect setup. There is good amount of hardwoods in and around the creek bottoms, the creek is a live creek. The amount of deer and pig sign I saw was awesome. Camping is okay but will need to be mindful of the shared easement.
