This 40 acres sits in one of the best wildlife sections around for miles. The deer numbers are high and this property will hunt perfect with prevailing NW winds in the fall. It was obvious that there's a lot of deer on this property, and there's awesome stand locations all over it. This one will hunt very easy. The open ground is CRP grass and everything else is trees. The CRP will be mowed every 3 years for tree/weed control. It's slated to be mowed fall of 2025. This should make the deer hunting a little easier. There's still more than enough cover after mowing. It should pull even more deer from the West to feed on the re growth. Spring turkey hunting is very good on this property. Everyone who's hunted in the past always gets both deer and turkeys. A 3rd or 4th hunter spot may be added for kids.. No camping allowed.
