This hunting lease is leased and not available.
Another great Fulton County farm that sits in a proven area known for producing quality bucks. Like I mentioned with a nearby property, I have personally hunted within six miles of here, just west of Summum, and I know the caliber of deer this area is capable of producing. This 126-acre farm has everything you need: timber, year-round water, bedding cover, and ag fields. Francis Creek runs right through the middle of the property, and it had a solid flow of water when I was there. Even if the creek runs low, there is still a good-sized pond to provide year-round water. The timber has a thick underbrush, offering the kind of secure cover that mature bucks prefer when moving through a property. The layout is solid, with access from both the west and east sides, allowing you to hunt the wind effectively. Take a look at the aerial map and you will notice several secluded pockets, funnels, and pinch points. I am a huge fan of those fingers that stretch out into the ag fields. The creek also helps create a couple of great natural funnels, so do not overlook those areas. I would be willing to bet this farm is on fire during the pre-rut and rut, as I jumped quite a few does while walking it, and it's clear they are bedding here. Without a doubt, this lease checks every box you need and better yet, it sits right in the heart of a proven big buck area. If you are looking for a solid lease that gives you the opportunity to harvest a mature buck, then this farm is it.
