Walked this great Delaware County, Oklahoma property consisting of 225 acres and I was not disappointed at all. Lots of great bedding areas and lots and lots of great timber. Here's an awesome hard to find piece of property in Eastern Oklahoma. 225 acres of choice hunting property. When I inspected this property, I seen lots of deer, deer sign and turkey tracks. This property is in an area where there are lots of deer and wildlife. I actually jumped 14 deer when I walked the property and I don't know how many I had blow at me, some could have been the same deer, but I know I seen a lot of them. And there were trails leading everywhere, in and out of bedding areas, fields and the timber. Good pond on south end of property and creek running through the property with excellent cover and lots of timber and timber lines running throughout the property. This property will make a fine place to take one of those Eastern Oklahoma Whitetails. Stand, feeders, blinds, four wheelers all welcome. With the amount of rain that Oklahoma has been getting to access the property you will need a side-by-side or a four-wheeler once you enter the property to cross the creek at the moment. After the water resides you can drive across in a pickup, but when I inspected the property, the water was up, and I was not going to risk it. A four-wheeler or a side-by-side would make it easily. After you get into the property there is easy access throughout the property.
THE PROPERTY IS ACTUALLY 250 TOTAL ACRES. BUT HUNTERS WILL ONLY HAVE ACCESS TO 225 ACRES TO HUNT. LANDOWNER IS ALLOWING AN OLD MAN TO HUNT ON 25 ACRES IN THE FAR SOUTHEAST CORNER OF THE PROPERTY. BOUNDARY IS SHOWN ON MAP.
