40 acre deer and turkey hunting lease in Jackson County. When I talked to the landowner prior to visiting the property, I was not sure what to expect. We all love the creek bottoms on a property but landowner was not clear that it spanned the entire length of that property. He also said there were horses pastured in the creek bottoms but had ag fields on eastern half of property.

When meeting at the property, I was happy to see that the horses seemed to have little impact on the browse contained within the creek bottoms and that they typically are off pasture by end of August.

Landowner wants the property leased and thus putting out a a price that I believe is more than fair. Also just a bit of a vibe on my part that this property could be a bit of a sleeper.

Deer and turkey hunting lease only. Camping allowed with permission from landowner. Questionable on where there could be a food plot from what I saw, but if you find a location, landowner is willing to discuss. Use of ATV for hunting related activities also ok.
