This 40-acre lease is located in the town of McKee, Kentucky, Jackson County. The lease comprises 98 percent woodland with two small fields. There are nicely maintained trails winding through the property, providing you with silent and easy access. Access from 2 sides is a nice feature for this property, and the two options for a camping spot are also a great factor. The landowner lives on the property, but he does not hunt. When I inspected the property in July 2025, I found numerous oak trees and well-used game trails. The property has some terrain, but accessing the lower section is not a problem, as one of the trails leads directly to it. The lease has not been hunted over the last 2 years. There is a small pond on the property where I found fresh deer tracks on the edge. This will be a great lease for 1 or 2 hunters; the deer will be feeding on these oaks, and I can see a nice buck cruising these trails.
