According to the landowner, many deer are driven onto this 200+ acres during the deer season from adjacent properties. The farm features several excellent bedding areas and mature oaks distributed throughout, with most of the oaks located on the western side of the lease. In years with ample rainfall, the acorn crop will flourish on this property. Limited hunting has occurred in recent years, and during the inspection day, there was an abundance of fresh deer signs.
The landowner plans to utilize a bulldozer on the farm from March of 2026, to create additional roads and establish a pond, both of which will enhance the property.
