Property is made up of grasslands/ag, steep ravines, Brady creek & creek bottoms with pockets of woods and brush scattered throughout. Approx 20 acres on the east side of the property is hayed. The parcel is surrounded by agriculture land, rolling hills and rugged topography. Option to create a base camp onsite during hunting seasons. Landowner does use horses on property time to time but will refrain during hunting seasons. Furbearers and coyote hunters are currently allowed to trap on land out of hunting seasons. This can be changed if lessee's express interest to trap or predator hunt.
