160 acres in Marinette County. This is a Deer and Turkey lease only in one of the higher deer density counties in the state. This gentle rolling property has a good combination of hardwoods, pines, low lying areas, thick cover, and crop ground. Lots of deer sign and deer were observed during my inspection of the property. Plenty of trails, tracks, rubs, and scrapes were visible. Several deer were seen during my tour of the property, and I was able to get pictures of a few. Plenty of mature trees and inside corners for stand locations. An excellent trail system can allow access to most areas on the property for stand placement and game retrieval. Respectful use of ATVs is permitted for hunting related purposes only when weather and ground conditions permit. Food plots are a possibility with permission from the landowner. Respect all boundaries. Don't damage any crops. No tree cutting. No use of nails, screws, or screw in tree steps is allowed. Landowner would like contact from the hunters initially.
