This beautiful 45 acre Jefferson county property will produce some excellent hunting and fishing opportunities! The mahoning creek borders the property on the south end and is one of the best fishing creeks in Jefferson county. There is a great mixture of woods and grown up CRP fields on the property. I jumped a large buck and seen a bunch of tails running through the fields during inspection. There is a pine ridge that connects the two fields along with a hardwood bench running east to west in the center of the property.
