This hunting lease is leased and not available. This property is located just southeast of Kansas City, Missouri, and is in close proximity to the Kansas state line. The landowner resides adjacent to this lease and frequently reports sightings of deer and turkey in the area. Often, the landowner can count several deer in his fields during the evenings (refer to the picture reel). This is a row crop farm that features ample wooded areas on the southern end of the lease. Over the years the landowner has stated several mature bucks have been seen roaming his property during the fall of the year.

There may be a small section (5 acres) at the northern end of the lease that can accommodate some cattle throughout the year, which will not disrupt your hunting activities. Additionally, a cell tower is being constructed along the road on the northwest side of the lease, which will not interfere either.
