Here is your chance to hunt 90 acres in an area that is known for huge whitetails! I personally know of multiple giants that have been taken off the neighboring properties to this lease! This property is set up perfectly! All woods with a row crop field bordering on the east, hay fields and row crops to the north, pine tree field to the west and another huge chunk of timber to the south. A creek ravine running from east to west, one from west to east and one from north to south all meet in the middle of this property, creating multiple hardwood benches for you to hunt any wind direction. There is a beautiful meadow where the creeks all meet, that is loaded with apple trees!! There is a great mixture of oaks, beech and hickory trees throughout the property, and some very thick areas in the ravines that all had heavy deer beds in and around them. I jumped multiple deer, seen a bunch of small game and found a ton of turkey sign on the property. There is a great parking/camping spot on the north west corner, and old logging roads for good access around the property. I was very excited to walk this property and it looks even better than I was expecting, and should produce some excellent hunting!
