Several older deer stands on site. Use caution, Base Camp does not recommend using older stands. Property also has on occasion, contractors bailing pine straw on the upper end. Landowner will be spraying approximately 20 acres; he's planning on this month (August 2025) and replanting pines late winter. This will only improve the lease as time passes.
