This hunting lease is leased and not available. Amazing piece of property in a county we all want to hunt. The timber along a wetland ditch waterway stretches 7/10th of a mile and provides nearly 35 acres of cover. The deer and turkey population is very good here. The stretch of timber and wetlands between the lakes is incredible habitat. I found sign my entire inspection and loved being here... what a unique property.

The owners have a plinking range and firewood processing area way in the back but that will be used in the off season. Hunters have been allowed in years past but from what I saw the stand areas have not seen activity lately. Now... this is available to BCL members.

Note the green line. This is access to the timber. Also used by the farmer for irrigation access so please do not block the lane when the crops are in. Please note the provided map is for general property line boundary following the wetland ditch. I suggest you use an updated aerial mapping app to make sure you are always staying on your side of the property when scouting and hunting the wetland area.

Stay off the crops when they are in and do not damage any crops
