Here you guy BCL members...a sleeper big buck farm in one of our most sought after Northern Indiana counties.

Huge row crop field with west side edge and ditch complimenting this 10 acre woods.

I would say that Gun season will be incredible here hunting a big Indiana buck and equally exciting is the chance to bow hunt this while the crops stand. A ton of deer sign was found here.

There is no doubt this new farm in this county will produce a wall hanger or two.

The access is challenging when the crops stand... you don't have much room here. You can park however and you can walk in with your equipment when you lease it. During my inspection I found a good way to access the timber. Currently there is no easy access to the west or south side. I suggest you take a look before placing the deposit. There is a lot of walking involved here to hunt this property right. If you do lease this farm it will be worth the effort! After this season you can prep for the next one before spring planting.
