This hunting lease is leased and not available. Here is a nice little 45 acres at an affordable price for a couple hunters. Property was clear cut and planted in pines in 2011. The pines are of good size and will allow hunting/shooting under the canopy. A good road gives access into the center of the tract. Property has a creek on the north and east sides of the property. Hardwood buffer was left on both edges and will provide good setups. I found plenty of deer tracks and good trails when I inspected this property. Camping and ATV use are acceptable for hunting purposes only. Sunday hunting is allowed.
